Sake 'Vero' Riso Sake
"Vero" Sake produced by Riso Sake, one of the first Italian companies producing this drink, is the most classic label of the line, made with 60% Carnaroli rice. The aromatic profile enchants the nose with strong aromas of tropical fruit and banana thanks to the use of yeast N°7, while the palate is soft, full-bodied and enveloping. These unique characteristics make it possible to serve it at the same temperature as the course with which it is accompanied, ranging from 6°C to 45°C
The “Vero” Sake is produced by Riso Sake, the first Italian brewery, born from the desire to merge the ancient history of the Japanese fermented beverage with the tradition of rice cultivation in the northern lands of our peninsula, to create a bridge between Italy and the Land of the Rising Sun. It is a Sake made with meticulous artisanal care, attended to in every detail, to achieve the highest quality. Fresh, fragrant, and fruity it is perfect to enjoy at dinner with curious table companions and refined tastes.
The “Vero” from Riso Sake is a version of Sake with a very classic style, inspired by the Junmai type of Sake, which is produced without any addition of alcohol, to maintain the purity of the natural fermentation. The Italian touch consists, instead, in the use of rice from the prized Carnaroli variety instead of the Japanese sakamai rice, generally used in the Land of the Rising Sun. The rice grains are subjected to a polishing of about 70%, which allows for the removal of all the surface part while keeping the heart of starch intact. The fermentation takes place using Japanese yeast n° 7, always chosen to produce the best Sake.
